Overview
In recent years, DFP cable junction boxes have been widely used in cable engineering equipment in power distribution systems. Their main characteristics arebidirectional door opening, the use of insulated wall sleeves as connecting busbars, small length, clear cable arrangement, and the absence of large span crossingfor three core cables. They generally use a rated current of 630A and bolt fixed connection cable joints. The cable joints used comply with DIN47636 standard.Satisfactory technical solutions can be provided for various user requirements.
Normal condition
● Environmental temperature: maximum temperature+40℃，minimum temperature-30C.
● Altitude:≤1000m.Wind speed: equivalent to 34m/s (not greater than 700pa).
● Humidity: The average daily relative humidity is not more than 95%, and theaverage monthly relative humidity is not more than 95%.
● Anti vibration: horizontal acceleration not exceeding 0.4m/s²，Verticalacceleration not greater than 0.15m/s²。
● Installation site inclination: not more than 3°.
● Installation environment: The surrounding air is not significantly polluted bycorrosive or combustible gases, and there is no severe vibration at theinstallation site.

Structure Description
The DFP series cable iunction boxis designed outdoors. with a fully sealed structure and a cabinet protection level of IP33. The cable ioint bracket is made of stainlesssteel material, and the outer shell is made of 2mm high-quality stainless steel plate. The interior of the box is divided into two parts: the busbar compartment and the cable compartment by the top plate of the cable compartment.
The busbar compartment is a sealed chamber enclosed by 2mm steel plates. The cable joint bracket is located in the upper part of the busbar compartment to support the sleeve, which is used to fix the cable joint. The phase to phase distance of the cable joint is 180mm. If it is a type with lightning arrester, the lightning arrester is installed at the end of the cable joint. In addition, short circuit indicators and live displays are also installed in the busbar compartment. All live parts of thebusbar room are subjected to strict silicone rubber insulation treatment. The cable compartment is located at the bottom of the busbar compartment and serves as achannel for cable entry and exit. There are cable fixing clips and grounding terminals inside the compartment.
