Overview
● The ZGS13-H prefabricated substation is a domestically produced American style box transformer. As an important power supply unit in the cabled distributionnetwork, this product is a complete pre installed product that integrates high-voltage control, protection, substation, and distribution equipment, and is widelyused in urban and rural distribution networks.
● This product places high-voltage load switches and high-voltage fuses in transformer oil, and has two structural forms: co box or sub box with the transformerbody. The oil tank adopts a fully sealed structure, equipped with components such as an oil temperature gauge, oil level gauge, pressure gauge, pressure relief valve,and oil drain valve to monitor the operation status of the transformer. This product is divided into ring network, terminal, and power supply modes. In order to makethis product more suitable for the actual requirements of China's power grid, the company has also introduced plug-in dry type fuses, and the melting of the fusedoes not affect the performance of transformer oil.According to the complexity oflow-voltage feedback requirements.ZGS13-H products are divided into three shellforms: standard,reinforced, and comprehensive, allowing users and design units to achieve more flexibility and economy in selection.
Normal condition
● Environmental temperature: maximum temperature+40C, minimum temperature-30C.
● Altitude:≤1000m.
● Wind speed: equivalent to 34m/s (not greater than 700pa).
● Humidity: The average daily relative humidity is not more than 95%, and the average monthlyrelative humidity is not more than 95%.
● Anti vibration: horizontal acceleration not exceeding 0.4m/s2, Vertical acceleration not greaterthan 0.15m/s²。
● The inclination of the installation site shall not exceed 3 °.
● Installation environment:The surrounding air is not significantly polluted by corrosive orcombustible gases, and there is no severe vibration at the installation site.
Function and characteristic
● The structure is compact, and the volume is only about 1/3-1/5 of that of domestic Europeanstyle box transformers of the same capacity, greatly reducing the floor area.
● Fully sealed, fully insulated structure, no insulation distance required, reliable protection ofpersonal safety.
● High voltage wiring can be used for both ring networks and terminals, with flexible powersupply methods and high reliability.
● Excellent transformer performance: low loss, low noise, low temperature rise;Strongoverload capacity, short circuit resistance, and impact resistance.Meet various low-voltagefeedback requirements, and can be selected according to the plan or designed by oneself.
● There are two types of cable head:200A elbow plug and 600A "T" fixed cable connector. Allinsulated zinc oxide Lightning rod can be configured. 200A cable can be plugged in and pulledout on load, and can also act as an isolating switch.
