Overview
● GCS low-voltage withdrawable switchgear (hereinafter referred to as "switchgear") is a low-voltage withdrawable switchgear designed and developed by ourcompany to meet the requirements of a large number of design units and power users, which meets the national conditions, has high technical performanceindicators, can adapt to the development needs of the power market, and can compete with existing imported products. This product is currently widely used bypower users.
● Switchgear is suitable for distribution systems in industries such as power plants, oil and gas, chemical, metallurgical, textile, and high-rise buildings. In placeswith high automation levels such as large power plants and petrochemical systems that require computer interfaces, low-voltage complete distribution devicesare used for distribution, centralized control of electric motors, and reactive power compensation in power generation and supply systems with a three-phase ACfrequency of 50 (60) Hz, rated working voltage of 380V (400V), (660V), and rated current of 4000A and below. The basic form of switchgear (see Figure 1).
● The product meets the standards of GB7251 Low Voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment, JB/T9661 Low Voltage Drawout Switchgear, and IEC 439 LowVoltage Switchgear and Control Equipment.
Normal condition
● Surrounding air temperature: -5 °C~+40 °C; The daily average temperatureshould not be higher than+35C. lf it exceeds the limit, it is necessary to reducethe capacity and operate according to the actual situation.
● Altitude:2000m and below.
● Relative humidity: The maximum temperature should not exceed 50% at+40C, and larger relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures.For example,90% at+20 C,it should be considered that condensation may occuraccidentally due to temperature changes.
● The installation inclination shall not exceed 5 °, and the entire set ofcabinets shall be relatively flat (in accordance with GBJ1232-82 standard).
● The switchgear should be installed in a place free from severe vibration andimpact, as well as in a place where electrical components should not becorroded.
