    The RM67 series environmentally friendly gas insulated switchgear has the advantages of reasonable design, reliable powersupply, compact structure, convenient installation, flexible operation, small size, and high cost-effectiveness. This product is suitable for three-phase AC50Hz, rated voltage 12kV distribution systems. Especially suitable for receiving and distributing electricity in small secondary distribution stations, switching stations, industrial and mining enterprises, urban residential areas, airports,railways, tunnels, high-rise buildings and other power systems.

    Normal condition

    • Environmental temperature:-40C~+40C;

    • Relative humidity: The daily average value shall not exceed 95%;The monthly average value shall not exceed 90%;Altitude:<1000m;

    • The surrounding air is not significantly polluted by dust, smoke, corrosiveand/or flammable gases, vapors, orsalt mist;

    • The amplitude ofelectromagnetic interference induced in the secondarysystem shall not exceed 1.6kV.

    Structural characteristics

    • Adopting environmentally friendly gas insulation, environmentally friendly and pollution-free, butstill comparable in size to inflatable cabinets, compact and practical.

    • The typical scheme of cabinet structure can be divided into instrument room, sealed and environmentally friendly gas room, cable room, and mechanism roomaccording to their functions. The switch room and cable room are equipped with pressure relief channels, which have strong ability to prevent internal Arc fault. Themandatory mechanical interlocking method is adopted between the load switch or circuit breaker, three-position isolation switch, and cable compartment to meetthe "five prevention" function.

    • The load switch or circuit breaker adopts an indoor high-voltage vacuum arc extinguishing chamber,made of copper chromium contact material. The contact has a lowelectrical wear rate, long electrical life, high withstand voltage level, stable dielectric insulation strength, rapid post arc recovery, low cut-off level, and strong breakingcapacity. The arc extinguishing chamber adopts a fixed sealed pole form and uses a stable and reliable APG process to meet the requirements of miniaturization.

    • Double to end design, with higher breaking capacity of double breaks compared to single breaks, solves the problem of saturation of long gap insulationcharacteristics of arcs, and has higher reliability. During the breaking current process, the main contact conducts current within a few milliseconds after separation,and then quickly disconnects, ensuring that there is no arc between the main contacts, thus having good electrical performance and lifespan.

    • Modular design of the product, allowing for the free combination of various functional unit cabinet modules.
