    ● This product complies with standards such as GB7251 "LowVoltage Switchgear and Control Equipment" and IEC439 "Low Voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment".

    Normal condition

    ● Environmental temperature: -5℃~+40°℃, with an average temperature of no more

    than+35 °C within 24 hours.

    ● Altitude:2000m and below.

    ● Relative humidity: not exceeding 50% at a maximum temperature of+40C, and asignificant difference is allowed at lower temperatures

    ● The relative humidity of (e.g. 90% at+20C) should be taken into account that

    occasional production may occur due to temperature changesThe influence of condensation.

    ● When installing the equipment,the inclination from the vertical plane shall not exceed 5.

    ● The equipment should be installed in a place without severe vibration and impact,as well as in a place that is insufficient to cause corrosion of electrical components.

    Structural characteristics

    ● The cabinet of GGD type AC low-voltage distribution complete switchgear adopts the form of a universal cabinet, and the frame is assembled with C profiles. The frameparts and specialsupporting parts are produced and supplied by our company to ensure the accuracy and quality of the cabinet. The components of the universal cabinetare designed according to the module principle and have 20 module installation holes, with a high universal coefficient. It can enable the factory to achieve preproduction. It not only shortens the production and manufacturing cycle, but also improves work efficiency.

    ● When designing theGGD cabinet, full consideration should be given to the heat dissipation during the operation of the cabinet. There are different numbers of heatdissipation slots at both ends of the cabinet. When the electrical components inside the cabinet heat up, the heat rises and is discharged through the upper slot. Coldair is continuously replenished into the cabinet through the lower slot,forming a natural ventilation channel from bottom to top for the sealed cabinet,achieving thepurpose of heat dissipation.

    ● According to the requirements ofmodern industrial product design, the GGD cabinetadopts the golden ratio method to design the appearance of the cabinet andthe segmentation dimensions ofeach part, making the entire cabinet beautiful and generous.

    ● The cabinet door is connected to the frame with a rotary movable hinge, which is convenient for installation and disassembly. The folding edge of the door isembedded with a mountain shaped rubber strip. When closing the door, the strip between the door and the frame has a certain compression stroke. which can preventdirect collision between the door and the cabinet body and also improve the protection level of the door.

    ● The instrument door equipped with electrical components is connected to the frame with multiple strands of soft copper wire. The installation components insidethe cabinet are connected to the frame with knurled washers,forming a complete grounding protection system for the entire cabinet.

    ● The surface of the cabinet is treated with high-voltage electrostatic spraying powder process. Has strong adhesion and good texture. The entire cabinet is in a mattetone, avoiding glare effects and creating a more comfortable visual environment forduty personnel.

    ● The top cover of the cabinet can be removed when needed to facilitate the assembly and adjustment of the main busbar on site. The four corners of the cabinet topare equipped with lifting rings for lifting and shipping.

    ● The protection level of the cabinet is IP30, and users can also choose between IP20and P30according to the requirements of the usage environment.
