Overview
● GGJ dynamic reactive power compensation device (referred to as compensation cabinet) is widely used for reactive power compensation in substations, factories,production workshops, petroleum, chemical enterprises, large steel mills, high-rise buildings, etc. It can effectively improve the power factor ofelectricalloads,reduce line losses, and improve the actual load capacity of transformers, with significantenergy-saving effects. By using capacitor contactors as switching devicesfor capacitor banks, capacitors are automatically switched based on the power factor of the grid,ensuring that the grid always has a high power factor.
● If there are significantchanges in electricalload and harmonic loads,specific reactors and capacitors must be installed in the system to effectively preventharmonic amplification, absorb most of the harmonic current, and ensure that the total distortion rate limit of harmonic voltage and the limit value ofeach harmoniccurrent content comply with national standards, achieving the purpose ofharmonic control and power compensation, and reducing maintenance costs. Thisproduct complies with standards such as GB/T 15576 "Low Voltage Complete Set Reactive Power Compensation Devices" andIEC60439"Low Voltage Complete SetSwitchgear and Control Equipment".
Normal condition
● The ambient air temperature shall not be higher than+40°C and not lower than -5°C.
● Relative humidity of the environment: not exceeding 90%(20°C).
● The altitude of the location of use shall not exceed 2000m.
● There is no explosion hazard in the surrounding medium, no gas sufficient to damageand corrode metals, no conductive dust, and the installation site is not prone to severevibration, and there is no rain or snow erosion.

● The main components inside the compensation cabinet include capacitors, reactors (as required), knife fuse switches, fuses, switches (contactors, thyristorswitches or composite switches), controllers, etc. The reactive power compensation cabinet can be modular designed according to user requirements. The moduleintegrates various components such as capacitors, reactors, contactors, fuses, etc. It is characterized by flexible installation, easy maintenance, and is particularlysuitable for project renovation and technical upgrades.
● The cabinet door panel is equipped with compensation controller, multi-function power meter or Ammeter, Voltmeter, transfer switch, etc.,which is convenientfor users to conduct real-time observation and manual/automatic switching; The back door of the cabinet is equipped with a fan for heat dissipation, which is
controlled by a controller with temperature control.
● Equipped with protection functions such as overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, phase loss, power failure, harmonic overload, etc;Automatically exits whenthere is an external fault or power outage, and automatically resumes operation after power transmission.
● The cabinet body is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, and the outer surface is sprayed with plastic, with strong anti-corrosion ability; The internal frameis made of galvanized steel plate (aluminum zinc steel plate) to ensure good conductivity and corrosion resistance.
