Overview
● The XL(F)-21 power distribution cabinet is suitable for power plants and industrial and mining enterprises, and is used for power and lighting distribution inthree-phase three wire, three-phase four wire, and three-phase five wire systems with an AC voltage of 500Vand below
● The XL(F)-21power distribution cabinet is an indoor device, installed against the wall and maintained in front of the cabinet.
Normal condition
● Environmental temperature:-50℃~+40℃, and the average temperature within 24hours shall not exceed+36℃;
● Altitude: not exceeding 2000m;
● Relative humidity: not exceeding 50% when the surrounding air humidity is+40℃;Atlower humidity, there can be higher relative humidity (such as 90% at+20 °℃), allowingfor moderate frost formation due to temperature changes:
● When installing the equipment,the inclination from the vertical plane should notexceed 5 °, and the equipment should be installed in aplace without severe vibration,impact, and corrosion.
Structural characteristics
The XL(F) -21 low-voltage power distribution cabinet is an indoor wall mounted distribution device with a single front door. Its basic structure is made of steel platebending and angle steel welding. A knife switch operating handle can be installed on the front right side for power cut off and on operation. An operating button,indicator light,and display instrument can be installed on the box door. After opening the box, the internal equipment of the distribution box is fully exposed, makingit easy for maintenance and repair. This distribution box is equipped with an air circuit breaker, which serves as short circuit protection, as well as a contactor andthermal relay. The door and shell are both welded with grounding screws to ensure reliable connection between the shell and the ground.
