HLDM-10 Floor mounted High Voltage Charge Control Metering Device is a product independently developed and produced by our company that integrates pre paidmetering and vacuum circuit breakers. It is designed for pre paid metering and protection of high supply and high voltage metering users inAC6-10KV power systembranches and transformers. It achieves pre paid control on the high voltage side and has functions such as charge control, load control, automatic alarm, lineoverload,short circuit or undervoltage protection. It is composed of a vacuum circuit breaker and a transformer, and the box is made of stainless steel or cold-rolledsteel plate spray production, and has undergone good rust and corrosion prevention treatment. The cable connection method can be made into shielded cable jointsor ordinary cable terminals according to actual needs.

● This product is structurally easy to install, has a beautiful appearance, and has good dustproof,rainproof, animal proof, and heat dissipation functions. Ensure thatthe high-voltage chamber cannot be opened when the equipment is live, and only open the cable chamber door in case of power outage, ensuring safety andreliability. The product occupies a small area and is a perfect combination of living areas, industrial and mining enterprises, and box type transformers. Theintegrated metering adopts a fully enclosed structure, which has the characteristics of stable and reliable breaking performance, small size, convenient installation,maintenance free, and long service life.
● The floor mounted high-voltage cost control metering device is divided into two parts: a switch room and a metering room. The two rooms are isolated from eachother and have separate lockable box doors for easy operation and maintenance between different professions; The lock in the measuring room has the function ofpreventing electricity theft.
● The box body is of a double door structure: the first door is directly facing the meter, with an observation window left for easy observation from the outside. The position reserved for the installation of electronic multifunctional energy meters and meter reading terminals inside the door allows operators to directly open thedoor to view the bottom of the meter and operate the switch locally.
● The second door is equipped with a vacuum circuit breaker, metering and protection transformer, and lightning arrester.
● The front panel of the switch is exposed and can be manually operated. The panel is equipped with circuit breaker opening and closing buttons, protective devices,etc. Both doors can be equipped with metering lead blockade, which has good anti theft function.VS1 vacuum circuit breaker is selected as the switch, and theoperation power is provided by the special built-in Voltage transformer, so that the measurement accuracy is not affected. The measuring transformer can be either asplit type transformer or a combination type transformer. It has the characteristics of small size and maintenance free. The accuracy of current transformer is 0.2, andthat of Voltage transformer is0.2. All indicators meet the national grid electric energy measurementstandards.
● Circuit breakers can be equipped with current transformers for two-phase or three-phase protection to achieve overcurrent and quick break protection, ensuringthe safety of electricity consumption for non fault users. And provide protection signals as needed.
● There is a cable installation joint at the back of the box, which is safe,reliable. and convenient for construction.
