Overview
The RM68-12 series solid insulated ring network switchgear is a fully insulated, fully sealed, and maintenance free solid insulated vacuum switchgear. Product mix
• The RM68-12 switchgear mainly has three functional units, namely Vunit (circuit breaker unit), Cunit (load switch unit), and Funit (combined electrical unit). Whenthe system requires multiple units to be configured, they can be expanded on either side and arranged according to different design schemes to achieve differentconfiguration requirements.
• Each unit is structurally divided into three parts: instrument room, operating mechanism, and primary circuit. The instrument room can be equipped withmicrocomputer protection (intelligent controller) and other meters, and the operating mechanism is a dedicated spring operating mechanism, which can also beequipped with an electric operating mechanism; The primary circuit adopts APG automatic gel process to completely seal the bus, disconnector and arcextinguishing chamber in epoxy resin, and there are special joints connected with the bus.

• HLDG-12 solid insulated fully enclosed switchgear is produced using special epoxy resin as insulation material. This epoxy resin has excellent properties:
• Has excellent electrical insulation performance. Dielectric strength 20-30kV/mm, volume resistivity (pv) 1x1013-15 Ω.m;
• Heat resistance can reach over200°C, and it also has good insulation performance at high temperatures;
• Stable chemical properties, excellent alkali resistance, acid resistance,solventresistance, and good resistance to temperature aging and radiation aging;
• The thermal conductivity coefficient is 80x10-2-100x10-2W/mk, which is easy to dissipate heat;
• It has high adhesion to various substances, tight molecular structure, high mechanical strength,and good protection forswitchgear;
