HXGN15-12 AC Metal-Clad Enclosed Ring Main Unit

HXGN15-12(F) and HXGN15-12(F.R) box type fixed AC metal enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as "switchgear") are used in ring network power supply or radiation type power supply systems with a rated voltage of 12kV and a rated current of 630A and below.     This product meets the standards of GB3906"3~35kVAC Metal Enclosed Switchgear", GB/T11022 "Common Technical Requirements for High Voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment Standards", IEC60298 "AC Metal Enclosed Switchgear and Control Equipment for Rated Voltages of 1kVand Below 50kV",and DL/T404"Technical Conditions for Ordering Indoor AC High Voltage Switchgear".

    Normal condition

    ● Surrounding air temperature:-15℃~+40℃;

    ● Altitude:1000m and below;

    ● Humidity conditions:the daily average value is not more than 95%,and the average value of water vapor pressure is not more than 2.2kPa;The monthly average value is not more than 90%,and the average value of water vapor pressure is not more than 1.8kPa.

    ● Seismicintensity:not exceeding 8 degrees;Places without obvious pollution such as corrosive or combustible gases.Note:When the above normalusage conditions are exceeded,users can negotiate with our company.

    Structural characteristics

    ● The switchgear consists of a cabinet body,main switch (SF6 load switch or combination electrical appliance),grounding switch,instrument room,busbar,and other electrical components and auxiliary components.The cabinet body is assembled from aluminum zinc coated steel plates through modular forming.

    ● There is a pressure relief channel behind the cabinet to protect operators in case of internal faults.The busbar in the busbar compartment is insulated and directly connected to the wiring terminals of the load storage switch.

    ● The three-phase busbar is aranged longitudinally,allowing the switchgear to be freely expanded from left toright,making it easy to change its layout.

    ● The instrument room is located at the upper pat of the switchgear,and Ammeter,Voltmeter,indicator light,electric operating mechanism,etc.can be installed in the room.

    Interlock

    The switchgear has the following interlocks:

    ●When the load switch is in the closed position,the grounding switch operation is locked;

    ●When the grounding switch is in the closed position,the load switch operation is locked;

    ●Only when the grounding switch is closed,is it allowed to open the front door of the ring main cabinet.In other cases,the front door islocked.

    Operate

    For the switchgear equipped with load switches,use a dedicated operating handle to operate on the front of the switchgear.There are two operating holes on the front of the operating mechanism,the upper part is the grounding switch operating hole,and the lower part is the load switch operating hole.When operating,the handle rotates

    clockwise to indicate the direction of the switch closing,and counterclockwise to indicate the direction of the switch opening.Electric opening and closing devices can also be installed for remote control operation.(Note:Sometimes the load switch does not come with a grounding switch,and the grounding switch operation hole is used as a cabinet door unlocking.).

    Forswitchgear equipped with combined electrical appliances,except for the manual opening button used for load switch opening operation,the operation sequence is the

    same as above.The lower grounding switch installed separately in the combination electrical cabinet is opened and closed together with the upper grounding switch through a connecting rod.Release the residual small current on the fuse holder when closing to improve the safety when replacing the fuse.
