Overview
KYN28A-12(Z) (GZS1) armored movable AC metal enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as "switchgear") is suitable for three-phase AC 50Hz power systems, used to receive and distribute electrical energy, and to control, protect, and monitor circuits.This product meets the standards of GB3906 "3.6-40 5kV AC Metal Enclosed Switchgear", GB/T11022 "Common Technical Requirements for High Voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment Standards", and IEC60298 "Control Equipment forAC Metal Enclosed Switchgear with Rated Voltage of 1kVand Above".

Normal condition
● Surrounding air temperature: maximum temperature+40℃，minimum temperature-15C.
● Humidity conditions: Daily average relative humidity:≤95%.
The daily average water vapor pressure shall not exceed 2.2kPa.
The average monthly relative humidity is 90%.
The monthly average water vapor pressure is 1.8kPa.
● Altitude: below 1000m.Earthquake intensity: not exceeding 8 degrees.Thesurrounding air should not be significantly contaminated by corrosive orflammable gases, water vapor, etc.
● Places without frequent severe vibration.When used under normal conditionsexceeding the provisions of GB3906, it shall be negotiated between the user andour company.
Function and characteristic
The outer shell of the product is completely made of aluminum zinc coated steel plates processed by machine tools and bent multiple times before being assembledwith bolts. It has high mechanical strength, effectively ensuring the neatness and aesthetics of the product. The cabinet door is coated with spray plastic, which hasstrong impact resistance and corrosion resistance. The outer shell of the product has an IP4X level of protection.
The main switch of this product can be equipped with VD4 vacuum fuses produced by ABB,C3 series fixed load switches, and various domestic series vacuum fuses(such as VS1,VH1,VK, ZN28) to replace similar foreign products.
Regardless of the type of fuse selected, its bare conductor air insulation distance can be guaranteed to be greater than 125mm, and the composite insulation distancecan be greater than 60mm. Its circuit breakers have unique advantages of long life, high parameters, less maintenance, and small size.
